This website is provided on an "as is" basis. By using it you agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data, or use the AI console for any unlawful purpose. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. You are responsible for lawful use of the service, your account credentials, the accuracy and authority to submit data, and validating actions taken from any analysis.

Do not use Cyberlions.AI to attack, surveil, deceive or gain unauthorized access to any person, system or data; upload content you lack authority to process; interfere with service availability; reverse engineer protected portions of the service; evade limits; or violate applicable law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

Console verdicts, remediation steps and training content are decision support generated with AI assistance. They are not a substitute for professional incident response or legal advice. Validate findings in your own environment before acting, especially during a live incident — for active incidents, use our incident response retainer.

Prices shown on the pricing page are stated in US dollars and are indicative ranges for planning purposes; final pricing depends on scope — headcount, servers and workloads to protect, and the compliance frameworks you need to meet. Quotes issued by us supersede published ranges.

A booking request is not acceptance of work. Scope, timing, payment terms, taxes, cancellation rights, deliverables and service levels become binding only in a written quote, order form or services agreement accepted by both parties.

All content on this site — text, training material, the lion mark and design — is the property of Chii Square Inc dba Cyberlions.AI and may not be reproduced without permission. Public threat intelligence referenced from abuse.ch and MITRE ATT&CK / ATLAS remains the property of its respective publishers under their licences.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content only to provide, secure and support the requested service.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chii Square Inc disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Any liability limits in an accepted services agreement control for that engagement; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using the public service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, security risk, nonpayment under an agreement or legal necessity. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability and payment survive where their nature requires. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Cyberlions.AI may reference public threat intelligence, security frameworks or third-party websites. Those services are controlled by their respective operators. A reference does not imply endorsement, and their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Chii Square Inc against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit without authority, or violation of these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.

Any signed order form or services agreement governs the paid engagement and controls over conflicting website terms. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@cyberlions.ai.
