Privacy Policy

Contact enquiries. When you submit a booking or contact form, we store your name, email address, company (if provided), the package you selected, team size, preferred date and your message, along with the page the enquiry came from. We use this only to respond and follow up on your request.

Client accounts. If you sign in, we store your email address and authentication record, plus your training results, audit outcomes and incident response plans so you can see them in the client portal.

Nothing from the console. Artifacts you paste into the AI threat console are analysed in memory and are never persisted. We do not log, store or reuse console submissions.

We process enquiry details to respond before a contract exists, and to prepare or perform a service you request. We process account, training, audit and response-plan records to deliver contracted services, secure the portal, document completion and meet legitimate operational and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use console submissions to build marketing profiles.

The console enriches verdicts with indicators from public abuse.ch feeds (ThreatFox, URLhaus, Feodo Tracker). Lookups run from our servers; we do not send your data, pasted artifacts or visitor information to these feeds. Any custom indicators an admin adds are stored in our own database and checked against your submissions internally.

Console analysis runs through our managed AI gateway. Submissions are used to produce your verdict and are not used to train models. AI results are decision support — always validate remediation steps before acting on them in a live incident.

We use authentication storage needed to keep signed-in users secure and session storage to remember the service page that led to an enquiry. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.

Authorized Cyberlions.AI administrators can access enquiries and client records only to deliver services, support clients, secure the platform and meet legal obligations. Infrastructure and AI processing providers act on our instructions to operate the service. We disclose data when legally required or to protect users, Cyberlions.AI or the public.

We use role-based access, row-level access controls, encrypted transport and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

Enquiries are retained while active and afterward only as needed for follow-up, contractual records, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Client records are retained for the service term and a reasonable archival period required by the agreement or law. Console artifacts are not retained by Cyberlions.AI.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, and may object to or withdraw consent-based processing. Some records may be retained where the law or a contract requires it. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to know what personal information we hold, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or appeal a decision on a privacy request. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will verify requests before acting and may retain records where required for security, contracts, disputes or law.

Cyberlions.AI services are for organizations and adults acting professionally, not children under 13. We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date.
